All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.

Working for the Man
I've been working part time for a local catering company and I just thought I'd share a few of the delicious desserts I've been baking.
Red Velvet Cake because I have to make it every July. Aside from being absolutely delicious, it feels very patriotic. |
My incredible Chocolate and Lemon Cream pies. |
Strawberry Lemon Cheesecake. Perfect for summer. |
Strawberry Nutella Cupcakes. Need I say more? |

Ari All Grown Up
Ari turned 12 this year and she just seems so grown up. Princess, and fairy cakes are a thing of the past. This year she wanted something simple and classic.
It's very adult on the outside but on the inside it's every little kid's dream. Chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling. |
Ari, so beautiful and so grown up. |
Rocker Chic
Liv turned 5 this year and we decided to celebrate with a Katherine Sabbath inspired cake. Liv isn't a princess, she's totally a rocker chic. She wanted chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate. Gluten Free Chocolate Cake covered in hot pink and dark chocolate ganache.

Easter Eggs
I usually post a picture of one of my yummy carrot cakes for Easter (because lets face it that's the only kind of cake the Easter Bunny likes) but this year I made about 100 Easter Egg cookies for Stonehaven Luxery Townhomes. They put together a sweet little party for their residents. Lots of sticky, sugary fun was had by all.
Lots of cookies ready to decorate. Each child got their own little cup of my cream cheese frosting. No sticky little fingers in the communal frosting bowl here. |
