A Sweet Mimsy custom fairy cake.

I make all Mimsy cakes, frosting, fondant and gumpaste from scratch using quality ingredients. Prices reflect that as well as the time and attention put into each and every cake.  I do not have cakes ready made for purchase.  Each cake must be ordered in advance.  Special occasion cakes should be ordered 2-3 weeks in advance and wedding or grooms cakes should be ordered 2-3 months in advance.

Two classic Sweet Mimsy cakes

Special Occasion cakes - I make 2 different kinds of special occasion cakes.  * Classic Cakes : Typically about 4-5'' tall, covered in swiss meringue buttercream or cream cheese frosting in a variety of flavors with your choice of filling.
  * Custom Cakes : Covered in fondant and feature specially-made decorations. I work with each client to design a memorable, one-of-a-kind event centerpiece.

6 inch - $45            10 inch - $60
8 inch - $55            12 inch - $75
12 cupcakes - $20

Custom Cakes - These are base prices.  Given their custom nature, each cake will be priced individually.  If you give me your ideas for what you're looking for, I'll give you a quote.  For reference, the fairy cake above, an 8 inch cake with handmade flowers and a fairy modeled after the birthday girl, would cost $150

6 inch - $55              10 inch - $80

Custom cupcakes -$55 per dozen
Gumpaste accents on these cupcakes match your cake and are perfect when you are having two parties.  Clients often use the cupcakes for a children's party and save the cake for the family party.  (See the fairy cake above.)

My Tangled cake is a great example of a custom cake.  With over 100 hours of work this cake has a $1,050 price tag.
