The Billion Dollar Experience

This is a classic chocolate cake with chocolate french buttercream frosting.
When my 11 year old son, Will, tasted this cake he exclaimed "That is a billion dollar experience!"  It's that good.  Sometimes you just need really good chocolate cake, fortunately, it won't cost you a billion dollars.
